On July 21, 2023, the 2nd day of the 2023 National Jamboree, Andrew Miller was presented the National Eagle Scout Association’s “National Outstanding Eagle Scout Award” (NOESA). This award is presented to Eagle Scouts for their distinguished service to scouting and candidates for the NOESA have inspired others through their positive actions reflected by recognized accomplishments and devotion to their profession, hobby, community, and beliefs.
